Getting Started: Check our DEMO!

You want to learn how the flow works and what your consumers will see once they agree on getting a rebate.

This Demo demonstrates the steps of the consumer engagement flow.

It is possible to visualize the journey a consumer will go through once they see your ad, from the moment they are presented with the CTA (call to action), to the moment they are granted the rebate.

Written Steps - HOW IT WORKS

CTA (Call to action)

Consumers will come across your ad on social media (instagram, facebook…) and be presented with a CTA to know more.

The CTA can also be placed in-store by utilizing QR Codes on shelf talkers, aisle violators and/or printed on the product package.

Landing Page

Upon clicking on the CTA, your consumers will be automatically redirected to your Landing Page, where they will find all the necessary details about the offer you are promoting. The Landing Page will host an embedded opt-in widget, enabling users to subscribe and initiate the registration process.

Within the opt-in widget consumers can grant marketing consent for the first time, simultaneously agreeing to terms of service and privacy policies to ensure compliance with current US legislation from the outset.

Upon completing the opt-in process, users will have the opportunity to share the same offer with friends and family.

Social sharing is optional.

Opt-in E-mail and SMS

After successfully opting-in, consumers will receive the opt-in e-mail and/or opt-in SMS with instructions on how to upload their receipts and receive the rebate.

This communication also brings important information about the offer, such as your copywriting text, store locator and how it works steps.

By opt-ing in, consumers also enter a 12 day marketing cadence in which they will receive 1 e-email reminder every 4 days, to don't forget their rebate.

Below you can find an example of how the opt-in e-mail looks like.

Registration

Consumers are then redirected to the registration page to access promotion details and instructions to redeem the offer.

To finalize registration and submit the receipt, consumers must provide a valid email address and phone number, both necessary to deter fraudulent activity.

The marketing consent option appears at this stage for the second time.

After accepting the terms and conditions for the registration, consumers will receive an SMS text that confirms they have a valid phone number.

Upload Instructions

Once registered, consumers will go through a quick guide on how to upload their receipts to get the rebate automatically - those instructions include:

    • Snap the receipt picture with a minimal background;

    • Snap the receipt picture in good lighting;

    • Snap the receipt picture including all the key information: store name, product, date and time and receipt total;

    • Snap up to 4 pictures (top to bottom) if the receipt is too long;

    • Do not write, damage or wrinkle the receipt too much.

Once instructions are done, consumers can confirm they read through it and proceed to the upload.

The survey can have:

  1. 02 either Multiple or Single choice questions

Purchase confirmation AND Payment

After completing or skipping the survey, the congratulations page will appear if everything was correct with the receipt.

Your consumers will then be able to choose their preferred rebate method, between PaypalAmazon Reload or Venmo.

  • By choosing Paypal or Amazon Reload

The system will automatically ask the consumer to login to the respective account in order to be granted the rebate - this is a requirement for the integration.

Once logged in, consumers will get an automatic transfer of the rebate amount and have the option to give marketing consent a third and last time.

  • By choosing Venmo

The system will automatically transfer the rebate amount to the phone number that was used by the consumer to register, upon confirmation.

By confirming, consumers will get an automatic transfer of the rebate amount and have the option to give marketing consent a third and last time.
