You want to check the 1st party data your campaigns gathered

During the whole activation of your program(s) with Ourcart, we capture 1st party data that is available for you at all times, in a real-time dashboard. Those files contain all consumer data and information, down to the zip code.

WHAT IS ON THE EXPORT FILES

User-Registration-Redemption - This is the most complete file, containing all relevant information regarding the registration phase. In other words, the file contains consumer data collected after the user opted-in. The information collected is as follows: 

  • User ID (the ID a consumer has inside Ourcart’s database)

  • Email and Phone number (provided at registration page)

  • Promotion Key (what is the participant promotion - for clients with more than one promotion, the key will determine which one the consumer registered for. Example: budhabowl_free/budhabowl_bogo)

  • Registration Time (time the consumer registered = provided e-mail and phone)

  • Marketing consent (if marketing consent was flagged at registration. Some consumers do not give Marketing Consent during opt-in, but will give during registration).

  • UTM source, UTM medium, UTM campaign, UTM term and UTM content (if you have UTMs activated on your agreement, the results will pop up on the files as well as directly on the dashboard).

  • Gift Redemption Time (time the rebate was claimed)

  • Gift Value (amount paid to the consumer as rebate)

  • Gift Vendor (Paypal, Amazon Reload or Venmo)

  • Gift Code (transaction code confirming the rebate process was finished)

  • Gift Currency (USD if the promotion is active in the United States)

  • Receipt Handle ID (the identity of the receipt on Ourcart’s database)

  • Upload Time (time the receipt was uploaded to Ourcart’s database)

  • Retailer Name (name of the retailer in which the product was purchased according to the receipt picture)

  • Purchase Date and Purchase time (date and time the product was purchased according to the receipt picture)

  • Participating Product Description (name of the product purchased, according to the description provided on the Onboarding Form and receipt picture)

  • Participating Product GTIN (GTIN identified on the receipt, according to the receipt picture and cross checked to match the GTIN provided on the onboarding form).

  • Participating Product Price (price of the product according to the receipt picture)

  • Total (total spent on the whole purchase, according to the receipt picture)

  • Store Address (retailer store address extracted from the receipt picture)

  • Snapshot URLs (URL in which the receipt image is stored - it can be more than one URL)

Opt-ins - This file contains all information collected during the opt-in phase. In other words, the moment your consumer reaches the landing page and provides relevant information to opt-in and start the consumer engagement flow. The information collected is as follows:

  • Email and/or Phone number (provided on the opt-in widget. This information will depend on the opt-in widget type chosen on the onboarding form. If you chose only e-mail, you will receive only the e-mail information from the consumers who opt-in. For phone number confirmation the same consumer will need to register).

  • Opt-In time (time the consumer opted-in to the widget = provided e-mail and/or phone).

  • Promotion key (what is the participant promotion - for clients with more than one promotion, the key will determine which one the consumer registered for. Example: budhabowl_free/budhabowl_bogo)

  • Marketing consent (if marketing consent was flagged on the landing page widget. Some consumers do not give Marketing Consent during opt-in, but will give during registration).

  • UTM source, UTM medium, UTM campaign, UTM term and UTM content (if you have UTMs activated on your agreement, the results will pop up on the files as well as directly on the dashboard).

Receipt-Information - This file contains the information extracted from the consumer’s receipts, scenario that happens after the purchase is validated and the system understands that one of the items purchased was a promotion valid item. The information collected is as follows:

  • Handle ID (the identity of the receipt on Ourcart’s database)

  • Item Text (name of the product purchased, according to the receipt picture)

  • Item Code (code of the product purchased according to the receipt picture - the code can vary from retailer to retailer)

  • Item Quantity (the amount of participant products that were purchased in that transaction, according to the receipt picture)

  • Item Price (price of the product according to the receipt picture)

  • Total (total spent on the whole purchase, according to the receipt picture)

  • Product Gtin (GTIN identified on the receipt, according to the receipt picture and cross checked to match the GTIN provided on the onboarding form).

  • Product Brand (brand identified on the receipt, matching the brand provided on the UPC list).

Survey-Answers - This file contains your survey questions metrics. The data is collected after the consumers submit a receipt and before they are able to claim the rebate. The information collected is as follows:

  • User ID (the ID a consumer has inside Ourcart’s database)

  • Email and/or Phone number (provided at registration page)

  • Promotion key (what is the participant promotion - for clients with more than one promotion, the key will determine which one the consumer registered for. Example: budhabowl_free/budhabowl_bogo)

  • Question (the survey question asked on the Onboarding form. If you chose to use the four question options, you will get one answer for each, which means that more than one entry for the same User ID will exist)

  • Question Type (single or multiple answer, ratings and open ended).

  • Answer (the answer provided to that specific question)

  • Answered On (the time that answer was provided)
